Important Notes:
1. Preparation for delivery usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the "delivery time", But the processing time is less than 24hrs, if you ordered items with 'Ships in 24hrs'.
2. Shipping cost is counted by weight, and normally a pair of shoes is 1kg.
3. All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked from 'MY ORDER'.
4. We provide Free shipping service for US and Germany. To USA, we use normal delivery to ship out the items. The delivery needs 7-10 days. To Germany, the normal delivery needs 4-6 days. 
5.If you want the items urgently, you can contact us to change the delivery to fast delivery. But you need to pay for some extra fee. Besides, our normal process needs 3-7 days. If the production time over 7 days, we will ship out the items with fast delivery for free.
6.To improve our delivery service and ensure your items delivered succeed, we will use the UPS to north American. Or you can choose the Postal delivery with low postage.
